The Airlie Beach Lagoon Bridge.

After 4 weeks of continuous rain here in The Whitsundays we are looking forward to a nice long drying out spell.Luckily Cyclone Ellie was a fizzer otherwise we could have been looking at a whole lot more rain.

Looking Forward. We are looking forward to our trip to Whitehaven Beach in a couple of weeks time. Cruise Whitsunday's Camira will be our transport for the day. Nice to sail along at over 20 knots on a large catamaran with no sounds apart from the wind in the sails. This trip has got to be one of the must do excursions for anyone visiting The Whitsundays. The beach at Whitehaven is one of the top 10 beaches in World Listings and is nicely situated fairly close to Hamilton Island.
